We ship kitchenware and home goods to eligible delivery locations shown at checkout.

Order processing time

Orders are normally processed within up to 3 business days before dispatch. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, supplier delays, or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Australia Standard Shipping: estimated 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Australia Priority Shipping: estimated 5-10 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: estimated 10-20 business days after dispatch.

The total estimated delivery window may include both our order processing time and the shipping transit time.

Shipping rates

Australia Standard Shipping: $11 AUD.
Free Australia Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
Australia Priority Shipping: $15 AUD.
International Shipping: $20 AUD where available at checkout.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact us at info@suechef.store and we will help investigate.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We may be unable to redirect or cancel an order after it has been processed.
